Pasta with Chili

Preparation

Put into a large bowl the Gran Sapori Extra Virgin Olive Oil scented with Garlic and Chili, the anchovies, some olives, some capers, the parsley and the salt.

Mix thoroughly, pressing and blending with the aid of a spoon. While the pasta is cooking, cut into quarters the tomatoes, the olives, the artichokes and the eggs.

In a bowl, mix the strained pasta with the previously cut quarters and season with the GranSapori Extra Virgin Olive Oil sauce. Finally, garnish the dish with the remaining eggs sprinkled with sauce.

Ingredients for 2 persons

  • Pasta (penne o fusilli) 140 gr
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 4 anchovies in oil
  • 10 "pachino" tomatoes
  • 3 tbps Gran Sapori Extra Virgin Olive Oil scented with Garlic and Chili
  • 50 gr. black olives
  • 4 artichokes in oil
  • Parsley
  • Capers
  • Salt
